One of my favorite recipes of all time, competition friendly and best made with strawberry protein powder...


1 scoop protein powder (designer strawberry is best)
2-3 egg whites
1/4 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
3 ounces Extra firm low fat tofu
1/2 cup Old Fashioned oatmeal

Optional:
1 table spoon Smart Beat butter
1/4 cup Sugar free syrup



Instructions:
1. Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
2. Add vanilla or almond extract, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Cook batter like pancakes flipping when the cake bubbles in pan (use nonsticking cooking spray).
4. Add Smart Beat or eat plain.
