I love this shake and make it often first thing in the morning when I can barely keep my eyes open. Full of vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and EFA's... a perfect way to start the day when time is NOT on your side. And it's usually not at 6am...


8 oz. soy milk
8 oz. cold water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (~30g protein)
1 tbsp. flax oil (not incl. in calorie count)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp. wheat germ
Ice

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients until shake-like consistency and until all ice is crushed.
